Campsie House specialises in meeting the needs of adults with complex neurological conditions who have low, medium or high nursing dependency needs. We tailor our programmes specifically to meet the needs of each individual to enable them to achieve their personal goals, reduce disability and improve their quality of life. Whatever the need, care is delivered with patience, kindness and understanding.

About Campsie House Neurodisability Centre

We recognise the benefits to patients/clients of family involvement and we welcome and encourage relatives and friends to be part of the life of the Centre. We aim to create an environment that is welcoming, comfortable and safe which facilitates a positive attitude to independence. The team is committed to providing high standards of nursing and social care, treating each patient/client as an individual and reflecting their wishes and rights to privacy, dignity and respect. We accept adults aged 18 to 65 who are medically stable.

Campsie House Neurodisability Centre, is located in the town of Kirkintilloch, eight miles east of Glasgow with its many attractions and amenities. The Centre also benefits from local shops, a library and Kirkintilloch leisure centre. Our Centre has spacious modern facilities equipped to meet the needs of clients and families.

Facilities

All bedrooms are single, with en-suite bathrooms and ample space for personal items, and are equipped with televisions. We also have bedrooms available with tracking and hoists to assist mobility, as well as assisted baths and showers, and a therapy room with waterbed. We have a spacious lounge and leisure areas with television, DVD, music system, library, pool table and PC with internet access. There is a comfortable dining room, a kitchen for patients/clients and visitors to prepare drinks and snacks, and an in-house personal laundry service. Our gardens and patio area are easily accessible and our minibus with wheelchair lift allows us to take our clients on outings and trips.
