Elswick Hall Neurodisability Suite provides 24 hour nursing and social care for patients/clients with various neurological conditions, as well as acquired brain injuries. Since the centre opened in 2005 we have gained a good reputation for the provision of high quality clinical care, for both long term and respite care. Those of whom who have had respite care come back time and time again.

About Elswick Hall

The Unit is located close to Newcastle City Centre and has excellent transport links. It has 18 beds in total. The centre is well equipped and comfortable. It has two bright, spacious lounge diners with one having access to a large, south facing garden. Having worked with the Northumberland Wildlife Trust, the garden has plants and shrubs to attract the wildlife and there are raised beds with herbs and vegetables so that the clients can get involved in growing their own, as well as providing the sights, sounds and smells of a sensory garden. The garden also has a furnished patio area. All of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities with some having garden views. Clients are encouraged to personalise their rooms, and can choose their own colour scheme to make it feel more homely.
