Kings Delph Lodge is a community-based hospital for men, aged 18 and upwards who have a learning disability and/or other mental disorder, display challenging behaviour and who maybe detained under the Mental Health Act.
With a good staff to patient ratio, a wide range of therapeutic treatments and a thorough, evidence-based risk assessment and relapse prevention programme, Kings Delph Lodge provides a welcoming and highly supportive environment ideal for men whose complex needs may not be adequately met in conventional low-security or community-based placements.
A dedicated, highly-experienced multi-disciplinary team consists of consultant psychiatrists and psychologists and qualified nursing staff.
Treatments and services include: a free-of-charge pre-admission assessment, tailored care and treatment programmes, supported community access; risk assessment and management and prevention of relapse.
