Customer Satisfaction

Each year we issue separate surveys to both our patients/ clients and to our referrers asking them what they think of the service we provide. All information is fed back to our clients about what we do well, what we could do better and how we aim to improve the service we provide. All our surveys are anonymous.

In addition, informal feedback forms are available in all our centres if anyone wishes to make a comment at any time.

"It is devastating when someone has a brain injury. Not just for that person but family, friends and colleagues will all go through a dark time. It can be a huge adjustment for everyone and we are so fortunate to have a marvellous team of dedicated and experienced therapy professionals working here. It is good to think that together we can start to shed a little light on the dark times."
