Safeguarding and Protection
Our aim is always to improve the quality of the services that we provide and to safeguard high standards of care by developing services which comply with, and exceed our regulatory standards and commissioner requirements.
As part of this we continue to promote awareness of safeguarding and protection by providing training for both staff and patients to ensure that:-
we are safe and transparent in the care and services we provide
that people feel safe in our services
people are involved in their care and treatment
people know what to do if they have concerns
All of our staff are fully aware of our Whistleblowing procedures and that their first priority should always be to ensure the safety and protection of vulnerable adults and children.
The Huntercombe Group follows current government guidance in implementing its HR Policies, which assist towards the Prevention of Abuse and we follow current best practice policy in training/clinical supervision in assisting in the Safeguarding of Adults and Children.
