Every single individual at Huntercombe strives to provide a high quality service for each of our patients. As you would expect, we have stringent processes and policies in place to enable us to do this. We also have an experienced team of quality partners who not only monitor quality but ensure that services are up to date with changes and innovations.
The document “High Quality Care for All” (June 2008) set out the NHS’ vision for quality to be at the heart of everything they do. They describe quality in terms of patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience. Since 2010, all providers of NHS services have to produce a annual Quality Account that shows how we make sure we deliver a high quality service. Our Quality Account lays out our achievements and ambitions for patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience.
Some of our patients are admitted to a Huntercombe Service under the Mental Health Act or on a Deprivation of Liberty Order, commonly called a DOLs. We hope you will find the guides on each of these useful.
