We make a careful assessment of your needs before you join us at Conifer Lodge. We will talk to you and, where possible your family, and draw up a care plan together.
We will help you learn to live independently, safe in the knowledge that help is at hand if needed.
Rehabilitation works best when we draw upon an individual's own strengths and weaknesses.
It's likely that psychiatrists, psychologists and occupational therapists will all play a part in your treatment. If getting a job or extra education would help, we help with that too.
As you improve, and the risk you pose to others lessens, we gradually help you reintegrate with the outside world.
We help men with any of the following conditions: Aspergers, Autism, Bipolar disorder, learning disability, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.
Thank you so much for the wonderful birthday party.. It is beyond our dreams that our son would ever be looked after like that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
This note is about the care you provide for a resident I referred. Not only are his family deeply impressed and profoundly grateful, but the quality of the information provided is exemplary.
I like living at Conifer Lodge because the staff are always there when I need them. I also really enjoy taking part in all the activities that are here.
