What we do
Our Blackburn Road service is purposely small residential setting with a homely feel and environment.
Our primary aim is to help individuals improve to a point where they no longer need to stay within our service. We don’t just focus on self-care and daily living skills, we look at building confidence through the learning of new skills and encouraging the trying out of new hobbies and activities. We use the nationally recognised ‘Recovery Star’ model to help the people we care for recognise the goals they achieve.
We support our residents to live the very best lives they can both on site and off -site. By believing in better, we help our residents to achieve more every day and to continue to develop and grow.
We want every individual we look after to feel as if they are being supported by a family member and to feel completely at home and at ease in our service.
We also offer a range of on-site therapies including Occupational Therapy, Psychology and nursing care.
