We provide rehabilitation and support to men over the age of 18 with a learning disability or mental health condition.

Our service is designed for adult men diagnosed with a mental health condition or a learning disability. We also look after adults who, in addition to their mental health or learning disability, have a long-term physical condition such as diabetes or epilepsy. Some of our residents are with us on a Guardianship or Community Treatment Order but others simply prefer to stay with us rather than at home. Before admitting anyone to our centre we always make sure that they will fit in well with our other residents and will benefit from the therapeutic activities we have on offer. The list below gives the most common examples of conditions we treat but it is by no means a complete list. If you have a condition or are enquiring about a condition that is not on this list, please do get in touch and we'll be happy to advise you. You can either call us on 0330 660 5555 or email us at huntercombe.referrals@nhs.net.
