We provide support to adults over the age of 18 diagnosed with a mild learning disability or mental health condition.
We also look after adults who, in addition to their mental health or learning disability, have a long-term physical condition such as diabetes or epilepsy. We can also support individuals who have a forensic history or historical substance or alcohol-related difficulties. We accept residents who are 'informal' or who are on a supervised community treatment order, guardianship, conditional discharge order or Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding Order (DoLS). Before admitting anyone to our centre we always make sure that they will fit in well with our other residents and will enjoy the activities we have on offer. The list below gives the most common examples of conditions we treat but it is by no means a complete list. If you have a condition or are enquiring about a condition that is not on this list, please do get in touch and we'll be happy to advise you. You can either call us on 0330 660 5555 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
