We work closely with the NHS, commissioning services and local community teams to improve and develop our services to meet health care needs both locally and nationally. Being a small hospital we are able to quickly respond to the changing needs of the people we help. At Huntercombe Cotswold Spa we take part in QNIC (Quality Network for Inpatient CAMHS) and have close links with the University of Worcester and Worcestershire's Children Safeguarding Board. We are also proud to fundraise for Beat, the eating disorder charity.
We are a member of QNIC, a supportive network of healthcare professionals who share best practice to improve the quality of inpatient CAMHS services nationally. To promote the highest level of care, representatives from QNIC visit each member site to carry out a peer review and measure each service against six key criteria. Each site is given a percentage mark for compliance against each of the six standards.
We work closely with the University of Worcester; a public research university, based in Worcester, United Kingdom. Worcester is the only university serving the English counties of Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
We work closely with the Worcestershire Children's Safeguarding Board to keep all children and young people safe and thriving within an environment where safeguarding is everybody's business and intervention and support is timely and right for individuals and families.
Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. They work to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders. They are a champion, guide and friend to anyone affected, giving individuals experiencing an eating disorder and their loved ones a place where they feel listened to, supported and empowered.
