Our referral team are able to help with all referrals during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and urgent CAMHS referrals 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. For all other urgent out-of-hours referrals please contact the hospital or centre directly.
On receiving the referral information, our teams will either quickly undertake a clinical assessment of the paperwork provided or arrange to visit and meet with the patient or resident.
Following our assessment, we will either make the arrangements to admit the patient or resident or suggest alternative solutions if we don’t think we are the right people to help.
