Knowing I have supported a person to receive the care they need makes the job worthwhile

No two days are the same which keeps me on my toes and the rewards and satisfaction I receive knowing that I have supported a person to receive the care they need makes the job worthwhile. Although I am not directly involved in the patients’ care, it’s still rewarding to know I played a small part in helping people on their first steps to recovery.
